Investors say Pot Co. Aurora has to deal with fraudulent claims

By Sarah Jarvis (February 24, 2022, 10:05 PM EST) – A proposed class of investors has urged a federal court in New Jersey to reject Canadian pot giant Aurora’s bid to throw out its securities filing, arguing that they have sufficiently alleged the company executed a sham $21.7 million deal with an affiliated entity in an attempt to achieve a positive balance sheet.

Lead plaintiffs Doug Daulton, Francisco Quintana, Matt Golis, Donald S.
